AI Workflow Toolkit  |  Effective Date: March 16, 2026  |  Last Updated: March 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ScopeStack ("we," "us," "our") handles data in connection with the AI Workflow Toolkit. We believe privacy policies should be clear and honest, so we've written this in plain language.

1. How the Toolkit Works

Our Toolkit consists of pre-written AI agent instructions that you install into your own AI platform account (such as Google Gemini). When you use an agent, here's what happens:

Think of it like buying a recipe book: we provide the recipe, you supply the ingredients and use your own kitchen. We're never in your kitchen.

2. What We Collect

We only collect data that you provide to us directly through our website, checkout process, or communications — such as your name, email address, and payment information necessary to complete your purchase.

3. What We Do Not Collect

This is the most important section of this policy. We do not collect, receive, store, access, or process:

Because the agents run entirely within your own AI platform account, we have no technical mechanism to access this data even if we wanted to. We designed the Toolkit this way intentionally.

4. Third-Party AI Platforms

When you use the Toolkit, your data is processed by the AI platform where you've installed the agents. We do not control how these platforms handle your data.

Your responsibility:

Key platform consideration: If you use Google Gemini, be aware that data handling may differ between personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (business) accounts. Workspace accounts generally offer stronger privacy controls and may exclude your conversations from AI model training. We recommend using a Workspace account for all business-related agent interactions.

We make no representations about how any AI platform processes your data, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect directly from you is used for:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (e.g., payment processors, email delivery, analytics). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing terms. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain any of your AI agent conversation data because we never receive it in the first place.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use the following types of cookies:

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking pixels. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Sensitive Data Guidance

While we have no access to what you input into the AI agents, we strongly recommend that you avoid inputting the following types of data into any AI agent unless you have independently assessed the AI platform's compliance:

This guidance is provided as a best practice recommendation, not as legal advice.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you (your name, email, and purchase records — not your agent conversations, which we don't have). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 15. We will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance and legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold, including:

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

The Toolkit is designed for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. International Data Transfers

Our business is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your personal data (name, email, purchase records) will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Data you input into AI agents may be processed in various jurisdictions depending on the AI platform's infrastructure. We have no control over where AI platforms process your data — please review their privacy policies for details.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of the Toolkit after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
